Response to the Manchester Attack

Author: Charlie Maclean-Bristol

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastating attack that took place in Manchester on Monday night.

I am not sure how much to say about the Manchester attack, as my points seem trite against the full horror of the attack.

Apart from saying our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the victims, we might have to accept for the next few years that attacks like this will be the new normal.

Although the Police and the Security Services will stop some attacks, they will not be able stop all of them and so we have to accept that attacks like Monday’s will happen again.

“Regarding the tutor, Ewan [Donald] - I'd like to pass on that I found his background particularly relevant to the course subject of delivering exercises, and his approach a very welcome change. ”
