Continuity and Resilience Provider

We are delighted to announce that BC Training has been shortlisted for the Continuity and Resilience Provider Award. This award is given to a company that has provided outstanding service, or product, relevant to the continuity and resilience profession. The type of service may include but is not limited to: training and education; IT disaster recovery services; physical disaster recovery services; consultancy and advisory services and auditing that contributes to good practice in the industry.

We were shortlisted for continuing to provide valuable courses and information during the pandemic. For example, we were quick to start Pandemic Planning training courses, helping individuals and organisations effectively plan for the pandemic. Later on in the year, we ran further training on how to restart businesses following COVID-19 lockdowns, to help prepare organisations for reopening when the time came. Whilst our course offering has always been predominantly classroom training, we acted swiftly and transitioned our training courses to online delivery, so that individuals and organisations could continue to train during the pandemic and lockdowns. As well as adapting our course offering, we also ran a series of free ‘Lockdown Learning’ webinars, as a source of knowledge sharing and entertainment throughout the multiple lockdowns, we had over 1700 people register for these over the past year.

We would like to thank all our tutors and the whole team for all their hard work through such a challenging year!
