Paul Breed

Paul served over 26 years as a police officer and has a broad depth of emergency response experience, where he was able to develop his skills as an operational, tactical and strategic leader, including collaboration and mutual aid activations to support crisis operations at a local, regional and national level.

He has worked in the Middle East and North America together with being a speaker at the Business Continuity Institute World Conference, the World Conference on Disaster Management, Toronto and the Emergency Preparedness for Industry and Commerce Council, Victoria, Canada.

His passion for crisis management saw him complete a Master’s Degree in Business Continuity, Security and Emergency Management that led him to become a university lecturer and course leader for business continuity courses.

In addition to being a member of the Business Continuity Institute, Paul is a member of the Chartered Security Professionals and a Fellow of the Security Institute.
