The planning and running of exercises is key for any organisation who wants to test the plans they have in place.
Without experience in planning exercises, you will seek the guidance from those who have established experience in the industry. You can choose to attend the 2 day BCI Designing and Delivering Effective Exercise Planning Course, but if you would prefer to work with a senior BC professional one-to-one, we do offer the Exercise Planning services.
How does it work
You will be assigned an Account Manager at BC Training who will work with you to identify your needs, formulate a plan and assign a senior consultant of your choice, or we will identify who is the most experienced in your field. Once established, your senior consultant will plan the exercise with you in a half day (4 hours), or full day (8 hours) session to gain a greater understanding of what you would like to achieve.
Your senior consultant will gain knowledge of your organisation, and all related risks, then discuss the best course of action, including what scenario you might simulate. The consultant can be there from start to finish, or can assist with any part or the planning process.

BC Training offer both half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) planning sessions by our senior consultancy team who will work with you to go through your plans, and understand what you would like to achieve by running an exercise at your organisation.
Consultancy is predominantly undertaken over the telephone or through Skype, however, if you would prefer to plan exercises in-house, our consultants are flexible and can visit you onsite.
